Konsistensi Syariah Dalam Membangun Manusia, Mungkinkah

Abstract

The reality of implementing law in Indonesia is still far from Islamic Sharia rules even though there have been a number of Islamic laws that have been passed into law. When some people try to incorporate Islamic sharia into the constitutional system, there is a pessimistic attitude because they are used to using conventional law. Yet historical facts reveal the application of Islamic Sharia in human life will lead to the common good. This is based on consistency in fighting for the implementation of Islamic Sharia into the country's legal system and order. In this study, the author describes the natural law that can work as it should, and is full of balance, apparently caused by the consistency of the sunantullah fil Kaun which is absolutely obeyed by nature itself. That is, humans can learn from nature in carrying out the laws that have been made by God in terms of obedience and submission, for example, the general law of natural attraction that was first formulated by Sir Isaac Newton, which until now is still consistent. Then, the law of consistency translates to the building of a nation, departing from disorder to order in the form of progress in all fields. As a result, Western countries that are consistent in implementing consistent law using strategies can achieve progress, while Islamic countries such as Indonesia are lagging behind because there is a dimension of consistency that is broken. Western countries, at least adhere to five dimensions, namely belief in God, philosophy of life, ethics and morals, science, strategy and development policy. Specifically regarding trust in Almighty God, it is seen as a personal relationship (privacy). While Islam bases the law made by the Creator of the universe, namely Allah SWT in regulating social life in accordance with human nature.
