Profesionalisme Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Di Kelas

Abstract


The teacher is the main actor in the world of education which has the function of teaching in the classroom. In an effort to create an atmosphere of student learning that is conducive and comfortable in achieving teaching objectives, it takes a teacher's skills in managing kerlas. Therefore, to become a professional teacher requires special education at the undergraduate level. That way, a teacher is not only able to teach, but also must have another function, namely as a guide and facilitator. Not limited to that, professional teachers are also required to understand the teacher's code of ethics which includes having a soul of teaching, having an honest attitude in carrying out his profession, conducting communication or interaction with students in the interests of teaching, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the environment of schools and communities. Teaching and learning activities in the classroom can be carried out effectively not depending on the teacher alone, but there are other factors, namely good management or time allocation and strict supervision in order to create conducive learning activities. In addition, in the learning process is the readiness of students to attend learning activities in class with attention to intellectual development, teacher preparation in preparing teaching material and curriculum spiral.
