Abstract
The aim of this try to implement of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Communication. TQM is a organization-wide management system integral to an organization’s strategi and aim to improve product and service quality continually to achieve high level of custumer satisfaction and to build custumer loyalty. Essentially, TQM is the quality as the totally of features and characteristic of product or service that have ability to satidfy stated of custumers needs. Based on five pilliars of TQM those were: Synergistic Relationship, Countinous Improvement and Self Evaluation, A System Ongoing Process and Leadership whoever able arise his work, becaouse TQM is way to help success to happen. Conclusion, TQM involves every aspect of a product of good or service, include on communication.
