Abstract

The progress of a country is determined by education that has implications for the welfare of its population and an increase in per capita income of a country. Along with that, the development of information technology (Information Technology) also contributes in advancing the life of the nation and state. One indicator of developed countries is having the ability to produce electronic and automotive goods and manufacturing. While countries that do not yet have the capability of producing the above goods are only limited to being a potential market for these developed countries, including Indonesia. So far, Indonesia is still facing a number of educational problems that have an impact on the quality of Human Resources (HR) is low. The indication is that many female workers (TKW) who work abroad become domestic helpers, not occupying positions based on skills and knowledge. This is compounded by problems faced by Islamic Universities which still lack many from all aspects. For this reason, by deploying all of its capabilities, it strives to improve policies in the education sector especially Islamic Universities in order to produce quality graduates and win competitions in the global era by improving the concepts of education, vision and mission, human resources and funding.
